VIASMS subscribes to an Anti-Spam policy for all its communication protocols. This means that we do not condone unsolicited messages, notifications, alerts or any message that you may receive from someone who should not have your address or mobile number.

Note that the maximum message length is 160 characters (including the Opt-out instructions).

Australian Communications and Media Authority requires that all broadcast messages must include the following information:

• Identity of the sender; and
• Means to opt-out from future correspondence.

This can be done, for example, by including: (Reply with STOP to Optout) in the message.
